This is a certified non-smoker from Lela's class in 1993. I am afraid
one day of no smoke will not cut it...attend Lela's class now...don't wait
anymore...do it now.....a graduate....
It is all about the mindset from cigarettes are a bad habit, to the concept that you are ADDICTED to nicotine, Once I made that jump, I was able to quit successfully.

Where does she work? She had way more restraint than I do I used to barely make it to the front door of my building.:) This is the best hub I have read yet. Informative but extremely entertaining.
